Will I pay import duty?
Many goods may qualify for a zero tariff with valid origin proof (EUR.1 or origin declaration). Exceptions and import VAT may apply; we check the product code.
What is the minimum order?
It varies by producer. We are happy to discuss a trial order.
Can I receive samples first?
We can request samples for many products. We confirm costs first.
Can products carry my own brand?
Private label is sometimes available. We discuss packaging and labelling.
How soon is delivery?
Road transport often takes a few days. Production, route and customs determine the final delivery time.
